Paul G. Cellupica

Paul Cellupica is currently the General Counsel of the Investment Company Institute (ICI), the leading trade association representing regulated investment funds.  Previously, he was a senior in-house lawyer at PIMCO, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA), and MetLife, and was Deputy Director and Chief Counsel of the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  He has been a proud member of the Board of Center of Hope since 2017.  He resides in New York, NY.
